PDFx, powered by provulo, operates on a strict non-disclosure policy; we will not share your data, the content of your documents or your outputs with any other party unless we have your express permission to do so.
Our internal use of your documents to construct extraction or transformation templates is only done with your permission. This permission will be provided by you when you upload a document to our management portal to request the creation of a template. We will not use your documents for any other purpose.
Should we need to share your data with a third party, be it for support or other purposes, we will always seek your express permission before doing so.
If you would like to enter into a specific non-disclosure agreement with PDFx that meets your businesses requirements, please contact us via info@provulo.com; in most instances we will be happy to comply.
All processing and storage takes place on equipment under the management of provulo limited, located in the United Kingdom.
